Love Snarky Steve with Lori – wow, mark your calendars guys a scene with Loribot that I actually liked. Maybe that’s because the team was taking the piss out of her.

As always, I enjoy your comments, but these five were my favorites:

Though I was a bit sad for Danny."--I think Gracie was supposed to be a Hogwarts students, and since Hermione is my favorite HP character (I'm a lot like her) I say Gracie was Hermione. HEE!!! That said, what on earth was Danny thinking letting Gracie trick or treat in a hotel?!!! I love Daddy Danno, but this was just nutty and frankly OOC for him. I get the writers wanted humor out of this scene, but it just didn't work for me. Danny is smarter than this. Gracie was adorable though, and Danny scolding drunk man was amusing.

Perhaps I'm in the minority but I liked Danny's deciding to investigate the crime scene without the priest's blessing because to me, it's worse to let evidence degrade and a murderer go unpunished. Murder scenes trump all.

And I think Steve was just doing his "I;m worried for my team" bit when he was worried about Lori's getting hit over the head.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it :)

See maybe it's my pagan self that sided with Steve, but it didn't take them long to get to the crime scene, and I get that things are degrading by just existing, but really what would it have hurt to wait a few minutes for cultural beliefs to be respected. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to wait and respect things that you may not have any personal belief in.

And I'm right with you that it was team concern not personal concern.

I love that there was more McDanno this episode, and I liked the little touches you pointed out. And while I think Danny was a bit OOC about the ghost thing, considering that he was happy to live in a flat where someone was killed, I know it's going to set him up for moving into Steve's house (please, please, please) which will make my little heart splode with squee.

I was right with Danny with the ghost thing. I lived in a rental house once that was odd. In the middle of the night the old sash windows in the kitchen would merrily open and close themselves for a about an hour, and the radio in the kitchen would play a classical station at the same time. I wouldnt believe it if I hadnt seen it myself.

Clearly that might have coloured my perception of Danny seeing the old lady and thinking it's best to wait for the priest, or it's my pagan ways.

I LOL'ed a lot reading your post. And nodded a lot. Love the name for Lori. So perfect. And I pretty much had a mini freak out when she called him Danno. I actually went back and double checked she said it, then fumed a little more.

I noticed Steve move closer to Danny when that guy was waving his weapon around. It made my heart all warm & fuzzy ♥

Was hoping Lori was going to be hit harder, or repeatedly :( Steve looking at Danny as he carried the bed through = dirty thoughts.

Oh my god, THIS. Hahaha how awesome and so true.

I thought the same thing about Danny going off alone. I was like, DUDE he has the curse, he should not be wandering off by himself! But luckily he was not the one that got bashed over the head, so all's good there.

I do not understand the need to stick Lori in every scene. I don't understand why she's always in the interrogation room with Steve and Danny now, I didn't get why she was out with the team and Kono was left behind at HQ because quite frankly, Kono is definitely more kickass than she is. It's getting quite annoying, and like a couple of others on my flist, I'm to the point where I'm just going to have to ignore her (or try to as much as possible) or it's going to start taking away from the show. More than it already has, I guess.

This episode was great though. The closing scene was so fantastic, and I'm so happy they gave us a scene like that. I really hope we get to see the team like that more. Preferably without the 5th wheel, but I'll take what I can get if Steve is practically declaring his intent on having sex with Danny to everyone.

Seriously, my friends are understating it, I'm a gun whore, if I was american I'd have a gun locker the size of a walk in freezer. Actually you know Kamekona's stash in the season 1 finale. That is my nirvana. Being Australian, I just covet from afar and follow my police friends to the range like a hyperactive puppy.

I forgot how much I missed the McDanno peices, 25 mins of them in a 38 min episode, I barely even noticed the bot in residence. I think the approach to and chat with Gabby was my favourite scene of theirs this season. They are so incredibly goofy together, even the Bot couldn't spoil that scene.

Did you notice that scene at the end, Danny banished her to paint with the Lavender Tulip and she never came back. The rest were all in the room but she wasn't.
