kapuahiSo nice surfing, and cool plane crash, was the guy on the jet ski a baddy from season 1?
OMG that is so date err afternoon? In seriously cruddy apartment. Love the way Steve blew the dust from the top of the fridge before he’d touch it. And FYI, I give the same speech Danny gave Steve whenever I have Return of the King on and my family just don’t get the need for silence.
And I love the fact that Steve hesitated before he knocked. He clearly feels the need to knock whenever he enters a room with a closed door, his mummy raised him right.
The ‘moved’ moment, absolutely perfect, can we have role reversal with a military themed flick?
Steve doesn’t call Gracie ‘Grace’ anymore.
Hee. Did Steve just apologise to Jeff for having worked with Lori?
Side note…My crush on Greg Grunberg might be even worse than the one I have for AoL.
I find it hard to believe that they don’t know what the redbook is. I know, they should.
And as much as I love my Steve and his knowledge, he knew that about the 177 off the top of his head?
Please don’t tell me that Jeff is the one Voldi left at the altar.
Steve can face down all manner of bad guys and he has fear face for a doggy?
Danny has history in Gangs/Mob police actions, right? He should not have to be told the implications of ripping pages out of a LEO notebook.
So much love for Cargument over new shotgun buddy. Also Steve’s knees, adorable.
Much happier with cast balance this ep but why is Kono more often than not find the info in the office girl.
Nice that Kono appears to have forgiven Malia, though I still wish Chin would give her the heads up.
How did Danny not know the black box was orange, everyone knows that don’t they?
Loved the Heroes call out.
Let me just say convoluted case, just odd, GG even called it ‘None of this makes any sense’ but seriously after the mpreg, bromance, date afternoon and the canine cargument, they could have had dancing aliens kidnapping a reincarnated Elvis and I would have been down with it.
Kono honey? You were so a cop working him.
I do loves me a dose of BAMF Chin, and had to laugh at Kono sniffing the weed before she took out the photo.
Can we keep Jeff? She’s much better stitched to his side than Steve’s

Look the courier has lashes longer than Steve’s, can we trade Voldi in for him.
Dog is trained to bark at intruders. Just saying.

Doggy is marking the fact that Steve is taking Danny away from him. Get it Steve? You’ve got competition, and he won’t mock the MPreg.
The minute I saw the chute in the tree I knew she’d be the one up it. Now I know why she shits me Lori=Kate.
Fong how I love you. You are so Kono smitten and she is so oblivious dude. And look how your chest puffed up when she called you “Geek God”. You’re so hooked.
I wonder if Steve lets Danny play with all his toys. *G*
It’s like they’re checking off all my kinks this ep. Now with the big guns.
That Galah is in my birdcage….same as my Galah is.

Yay for Max and his bad ride and check the look on Steve’s face while he’s explaining the loss of his fossils and DS9 collection.
AoL doesn’t look as drop dead exhausted this ep and his hair is a lovely length for him.
Ooohhh. Max is the only one that orders the shrimp flavoured tofu, yet still Kamekona keeps it.
The look on Jeff’s face when Steve breaks in is priceless. Also, the fact that Danny has no discernible reaction? beyond priceless.
People will do anything to save themselves.
Like that Steve was the one to be the hand of reason when Jeff went slightly overboard.
Is that the same shipping container as in the serial killer case? Does that mean that every time they use it the case will be whacked.
Also the car yard guy got a medical degree?
Was it just me or did Steve look small this ep?
Nice resolution at the end but it fell just a little bit.
My favourite phrase on the planet. Mahalo Nui Loa.
Coming next week? Streetwalker Barbie and her friend Mechanic Kono

Date: 2011-11-08 11:57 am (UTC)But I actually meant (and it's really hard to put into words) that usually for me Steve is like a huge presense on the screen. He's just there and usually fills my focus. And it's not just because he's with Danny who is smaller in stature, it's the same when he's in shot with Kamekona. There's just something about him that fills the screen and draws your attention.
This episode he just didn't do that. I don't know why, but it was like he was physically slightly deflated.
